All delivery will be arranged after we had received full payment.
Shipping charges may vary depending on area & order amount in your shopping cart, plus the travel distance from our store to your location.
If you are engaging delivery service with us, please ensure the delivery address, receiver’s name and contact numbers are accurate and complete (including
any business name if delivering to a work address) so that the delivery can be made on schedule.
All orders will be processed within 2-5 business days.
Impressione Trading Enterprise is not responsible for the delivery times of your order send by
courier company. Once items have been dispatched, it is the customers responsibility to liaise with
the courier nominated by Impressione Trading Enterprise (as notified to the Customer) in relation
to date and time of delivery. Impressione Trading Enterprise shall not be liable for any inaccuracy of
information provided to Customers relating to the date and time of delivery.
Impressione Trading Enterprise reserves the right to not ship to remote or rural locations.
Self-Collection
No charges for self-collection and you may pick up your Sales Order from our store at the following

Please bring along the following items at the time of collection.
The confirmation email or receipt from Impressione Trading Enterprise with payment slip.
Collection can be done 2 working days later subject to stock availability.
Operating from Monday to Saturday: 09:00 AM - 05:00 PM.
There will be no collection/delivery available on Sundays & Public Holidays.
However, if the Goods are not collected within 12 working days, we will contact you. If the Goods
are still not collected within 12 working days from the notification call, we reserve the right to
charge a small fee for storage and administration, at our discretion’s Impressione Trading Enterprise.
Impressione Trading Enterprise reserve the rights not to entertain the collection or fulfil the Sales
Order should the Goods remain uncollected for 2 months after your Sales Order unless prior
approval has been granted from Impressione Trading Enterprise in written.
